Recommended Text: CULTURE CLASH by Jean Donaldson

What you can expect to learn from this Course:

  • In depth loose-leash training.
  • Lifesaving Really Reliable Recall (RRR).
  • Reinforcement behaviors learned in Puppy I while adding distractions.
  • Free shaping - building your dogs's natural behaviors into specific tasks you would like them to perform.
  • End common unwanted puppy behaviors such as barking, jumping, door bolting.

Course Info: This class is available to the puppy who has successfully participated in a positive-reinforcement puppy class which included off-leash socialization within the past six months and who is under one year og age. During this class, the pup will practice strengthening his attention to the owner, proper greeting behaviors to both dogs and humans, more precise sits and downs, loose leash walking, down- and sit-stays, "leave-it" and a recall that is truly reliable. As a dog owner you will need to arrange for off-leash playtime to keep theses skills fresh and the experience positive.

NOTE: There is an additional $130.00 cost for a Positive Techniques Training Kit that is highly recommended for this course. The proper tools are essential for the proper results. This cost is way below what you would pay retail. If you have previously taken a course in the Positive Reinforcement Series, you will NOT need to buy the whole Kit again. You will, however, need to order the Puppy II Instruction Manual ($20). The Kit includes the following training tools to be shipped to you after you register:

  • 2-clickers
  • 1-training lead
  • 1-harness
  • 1-limited slip collar
  • 1-stuffable food toy
  • 1-PUPPY II Instruction Manual

Cost includes sales tax, shipping and handling. You will recieve instructions on how to order this under "Course Materials" when you register. You will be expected to have the materials by the second session. If you are taking the Recorded Sessions, order now, click HERE to order and specify the class you are taking, and where you want the materials sent.
